Kaspas Cwmbran

Kaspas, Cwmbran.
Well... considering we are in the middle of a pandemic, we arrived at our table and was given dirty cutlery. The staff members are not wearing PPE correctly. Members of the team are wearing masks down around their chin, and are not covering mouth or nose. I witnessed a member of staff prepare a waffle with her mask down. Staff members bringing over deserts are not wearing gloves, when there hands are all over the plates!!!!

Awful company

Awful company, 15.02.2021 bought 4 desserts from the Dover restaurant, food was delayed , cold and hairs found in one of the desserts. Customer Services are awful, fob you off, do not take responsibility and do not tell the truth. Will never use them again.

Disgusting mouldy food

I visited kaspas St. Helens last night. Me and my friend ordered chocolate covered strawberries when mine came they had flurry mould growing on them ???? I felt sick this is disgusting my friend asked for me some fresh ones however when they came they were over ripe and on the verge of going off I was completely put off and could not eat them so we took them back and asked for a refund however I’m extremely disappointed a refund was not even offered after giving me mouldy food neither was an alternative to the strawberry’s. It was asif they’d tried to hide the mouldy strawberry’s in the chocolate so I wouldn’t notice! Absolutely knocked me sick. I will never be returning to this restaurant neither will my friends and I will be advising everyone against going as it’s not the first time we’ve had a sickening experience here I guess places don’t change I won’t be giving them any more chances. Appalling. Also my other friend ordered whipped cream and they gave him ice cream as staff don’t listen and are also lazy.

THE MOST SHAMBOLIC DESSERT PALOUR

This is the most shambolic restaurant I have been to. Compared to its competitors creams, treatz, snowflakes etc. It is shocking how despicable the food service and standards are. I received both puddings cold. One served on a dirty plate from most likely a previous pudding. I was absolutely disgusted by the states of the dessert received. Would not recommend this to anybody! Overly priced for what you get. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Worse experience

Worse experience I had today I came at 12 which is opening time then they said we open at 12.30 I went room around just to pass my time, then came back at 12.30 they said we will open at 1, I have kids it’s impossible for me to stand outside on tooting busy road. They should put notice on the door if they are opening late. They always have only 2 workers. I wanted to contact customer service but they don’t have any phone number. Useless workers made my kids disappointed.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. Rude staff. At preston kaspas. Would not recommend.
Long story short.. refused use of promotional emails eventhough male staff seeing us to table stated they where valid and had no date of expiry or terms with the offers. (The experience was in july so not in conjunction with the eat out scheme). Staff behind the till was rude and abrupt while trying to explain this.. couldnt be bothered to redeem the loyalty points we earned as she wouldnt ask a member of staff how to input.. then forgot our order and had to ask another team member to come over and check our receipt. This was mid week on a very quiet time with hardly any customers in july.
Trying to complaint to their customer service team took over 2 weeks for a response of we will investigate it and it's been nearly 1 month and no response or conclusion to my complaint.
Terrible customer service in store and now with the team over email. In this day and age it should not take over 2 weeks for a general response and especially as business are now struggling to get customers to eat out they should be on point with simple things like service and communication.!!

I must say I’m very disappointed

I must say I’m very disappointed, it’s 2020 and there’s no vegan options. All they would need is to use an alternative milk other than diary (soy, oat, almond)
More and more people are choosing healthier lifestyles but would still like a treat now and then at a dessert restaurant. I had to sit and watch my friends eat
